About The Position

weDRY Restoration is a professional restoration company specializing in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and environmental cleaning. Our team works hard to provide fast, reliable service to homeowners and businesses when they need it most.

We are looking for a dependable Shop & Field Support Technician to help keep our equipment, vehicles, and shop running smoothly while also assisting our field teams when needed.

This role is a mix of shop maintenance, equipment management, and job-site support.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (50+ lbs)
• Comfortable working both in a shop and occasionally on job sites
• Basic smartphone skills (photos, apps, documentation)

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restoration equipment
• Stock and organize equipment and supplies
• Load and unload heavy equipment
• Manage inventory and notify the office when supplies are low
• Take trash and job-site debris to the dumpster
• Maintain a clean and organized shop
• Run laundry to ensure clean rags and towels are available
• Stock company trucks with necessary supplies
• Refuel company vehicles
• Run errands between the shop, job sites, and supply stores
• Deliver tools or materials to technicians on job sites
• Assist crews with basic tasks when needed
• Take job-site photos for documentation
• Track moisture readings for insurance documentation
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks to support the team
