Responsibilities

  • Continually learn new skills and set personal goals
  • Ensuring the team’s performance accordance to Paul Davis and industry specifications
  • Assessing damaged properties to prevent further damage and stabilize
  • Removing damaged materials, such as wallboards trim, and carpets
  • Handling any issues caused by fire and smoke damage
  • Ensure your crews are always ready to handle the day through a team huddle
  • Meet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution and provide professional opinion
  • Re-inspect job sites for quality control
  • Be the point of contact for customers, while on-site, if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in effective and timely manner
  • Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized service vehicles along with all company equipment
  • Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule
  • Adhering to personal safety standards by wearing the appropriate protective gear and using the right equipment
  • Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments
