About the position
The Restoration Project Manager will oversee various restoration projects, including reconstruction, water, fire, mold, sewage, trauma, and general cleaning jobs. This role is crucial for ensuring projects are managed from start to finish, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage reconstruction, water, fire, mold, sewage, trauma, board-up, construction, general cleaning, and carpet cleaning projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status.
- Prepare project estimates and budgets, and manage costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- IICRC Certification in WTR is desirable.
- Experience with foundation/basement work is a plus.
- Computer literacy is required.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in emergency response situations.
- Knowledge of restoration industry best practices.
