We are looking for a Mitigation Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads from the front, and is passionate about helping people through stressful and uncertain situations.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills in a field environment
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Experience in water/fire mitigation or restoration preferred
• Knowledge of drying principles and job documentation
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation

Nice To Haves

• WRT Certification through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
• ASD Certification
• Xactimate experience
• Previous project management or crew leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Manage water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from start to finish
• Lead field technicians and crew chiefs on emergency service jobs
• Scope losses and create mitigation plans
• Ensure proper drying techniques and documentation are followed
• Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters
• Monitor job progress, budgets, and timelines
• Maintain job files in accordance with industry standards
• Perform site visits to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed
