The Mitigation Manager leads a team of technicians restoring homes and businesses after disasters such as floods and fires. Responsibilities

  • Lead mitigation crews performing water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, environmental services, and carpet cleaning/removal.
  • Direct daily team huddles to ensure crews are prepared with clear priorities, equipment, and resources.
  • Meet with clients and adjusters on-site to resolve issues and provide professional guidance.
  • Re-inspect job sites for quality control and ensure compliance with Paul Davis and industry specifications.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with empathy, urgency, and professionalism.
  • Foster collaboration across departments and support other team members as needed.
  • Ensure clean, organized, and properly stocked trucks and equipment are maintained at all times.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as required.
  • Represent the Paul Davis brand with professionalism, integrity, and leadership.
