About The Position

The Mitigation Manager at Paul Davis leads a team dedicated to serving the community after disasters strike properties. This role involves ensuring that mitigation projects are completed on budget while providing exceptional customer experiences. The Mitigation Manager must communicate effectively and empathetically, utilizing modern technology to coordinate teams and direct mitigation crews in restoring properties affected by disasters such as floods and fires. The position emphasizes the importance of customer service, dynamic decision-making, and leadership, with a focus on continuous improvement and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the team's performance of tarping, board up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services, and carpet cleaning/re-installation services in accordance with Paul Davis and industry specifications.
  • Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments.
  • Be a great representative of our brand.
  • Ensure crews are ready at all times and conduct a team huddle every morning.
  • Meet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution and provide professional opinions.
  • Re-inspect job sites for quality control.
  • Act as the point of contact for customers to resolve any questions or concerns in an effective and timely manner.
  • Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks along with all company equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
