As a Mitigation Manager with Paul Davis, you will lead a team of hardworking individuals serving others within your community. Requirements

  • IICRC Applied Structural Drying (ASD) certification.
  • TDLR - Mold Remediation license.
  • Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude.
  • Dedication to customer service.
  • Ability to lead others from diverse backgrounds.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime if needed.
  • Desire to continually learn new things.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team in performing tarping, board up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services, and carpet cleaning/re-installation services.
  • Focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist team members and foster positive relationships with other departments.
  • Represent the brand positively.
  • Ensure crews are prepared each morning through team huddles.
  • Meet clients and adjusters on-site to assist in issue resolution.
  • Re-inspect job sites for quality control.
  • Act as the point of contact for customer questions and concerns, resolving them effectively.
  • Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks and equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule.
