Mitigation Lead- Vegas Job Overview: The Restoration Technician responds to service calls and performs mitigation and restoration services in accordance with established production guidelines. This role supports the Crew Chief and production team to ensure projects are completed efficiently while meeting customer needs and quality standards. This is a Direct Hire What you will be doing as a Mitigation Lead… Respond to service calls and perform assigned restoration services Load and inventory vehicles with necessary equipment, products, and supplies for each project Prepare job sites by setting up staging areas and organizing required tools and materials Execute production processes according to work orders and supervisor direction Maintain clear communication with the Crew Chief and team members, including updates on customer needs and concerns Support Crew Chief and production personnel as needed throughout projects Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup to ensure job sites are left clean and orderly Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas Follow all safety and risk management guidelines on job sites, in the office, and while traveling Skills you ideally bring to the table as a Mitigation Lead… High school diploma or GED required Prior experience in cleaning, restoration, or related field preferred IICRC certifications preferred Strong verbal communication skills Ability to travel locally and out of state as needed Ability to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance Ability to stand, walk, drive, sit, and climb for extended periods Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces) Exposure to cleaning chemicals and restoration environments Frequent repetitive motions including pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying Learn more about Saige Partners on Facebook or LinkedIn . Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong verbal communication skills
