About The Position

The Mitigation Crew Lead (Crew Chief) at SERVPRO of South Charlotte is responsible for leading a team in the restoration and mitigation of residential and commercial properties following disaster-related incidents, primarily focusing on water, fire, and mold damage. This role requires strong leadership, customer service skills, and the ability to perform physical labor while managing detailed paperwork. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a reasonable driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate square footage and cubic footage.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Willingness to be on call for 24-hour emergency services.

Nice To Haves

• Valid IICRC WRT Certification.
• Previous experience in the fire and water restoration industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in restoring and mitigating residential and commercial buildings after disaster-related incidents.
• Manage restoration efforts related to water, fire, and mold losses.
• Oversee additional cleaning services such as carpet, upholstery, tile, and post-construction cleaning.
• Ensure excellent customer service during restoration processes.
• Complete detailed paperwork related to restoration projects.
