  • Executing water extraction, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, and pack-outs
  • Use industry-approved techniques and equipment to restore damaged properties
  • Carefully handle, and document affected contents for restoration or disposal
  • Setting up and maintaining drying and mitigation equipment
  • Place and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, and other drying tools
  • Perform essential equipment maintenance and troubleshoot as needed
  • Documenting job progress with photos, moisture readings, and work logs
  • Accurately record job details using software like Restore 365, MICA, or Encircle
  • Ensure all reports are complete for insurance claims and project tracking
  • Communicating effectively with customers and team members
  • Clearly explain the restoration process and address customer concerns
  • Provide updates to supervisors on job status and any unexpected challenges
  • Ensuring job site safety and following industry standards
  • Adhere to OSHA, IICRC, and EPA regulations to maintain a safe work environment
  • Follow safety protocols for hazardous materials and confined spaces
  • Responding to emergency service calls as part of an on-call rotation
  • Be available for urgent disaster response, including nights and weekends
  • Assess job sites quickly and implement emergency mitigation strategies
  • At least 2+ years in disaster restoration (water, fire, or mold)
  • IICRC WRT plus at least two of the following: FSRT, CPT, MRS, ASD, TCST, RRT
  • Problem-solving, time management, and strong communication skills
  • Comfortable using job tracking software like Restore 365, MICA, or Encircle
  • Willing to work on-call, weekends, and emergency hours when needed
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work on ladders, and handle physically demanding tasks
  • Valid driver's license, ability to pass a background check, drug test, and a respirator fit test
