Requirements

• Experience in mitigation, restoration, or construction field work
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of jobs or lead work in the field
• Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation and compliance
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and keep work moving
• Professional communication with customers, teammates, and leadership
• Willingness to step into a leadership role and grow in that responsibility

Responsibilities

• Leading mitigation crews on job sites and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to standard
• Driving quality control, compliance, and execution of all mitigation processes
• Managing project timelines and keeping jobs on track
• Creating a strong customer experience through clear communication and professionalism
• Completing all required job documentation including notes, photos, and moisture readings
• Ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time
• Performing post-shift duties, vehicle checks, and required checklists
• Participating in on-call rotation and responding as needed
