About The Position

Romexterra Restoration has been a leading restoration company in the Chicagoland area for over 20 years. Known for our fast response and exceptional customer service, we specialize in water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration. Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable and skilled Crew Chief to lead restoration projects and serve as the main point of contact for clients during emergencies. In this role, you will guide a team of technicians to ensure each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You'll play a key role in supporting homeowners and business owners through the recovery process. This position offers strong growth potential within a team-focused, values-driven company.

Requirements

• Flexible schedule, including availability for on-call rotations and weekend shifts.
• Reliable, customer-focused, and a strong team player.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (must live within 30 minutes of our Addison office).
• Ability to lift at least 75 pounds.
• Clean criminal background (no felony convictions).
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in carpet cleaning, water extraction, mitigation, and demolition is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support technicians to ensure timely, high-quality project completion while maintaining safety standards.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls, guide clients through the restoration process, and build trust through clear, compassionate communication.
• Oversee all aspects of restoration work, including equipment setup, safety management, and quality assurance.
• Maintain accurate job records, manage project workflows, and ensure proper care of company vehicles and equipment.
