This role is part of our Operations Training Program for management candidates and is available in multiple locations across our 23-state footprint. Requirements

  • A Passion for People: You have proven experience in a role where you were responsible for leading, guiding, or managing others (5+ years preferred). You thrive on seeing people succeed.

  • A Leader from a Dynamic Environment: You have a strong background in dispatch, operations, or logistics where you've managed moving parts and tight deadlines.   • Tech-Savvy Communication: You are proficient and comfortable using technology, including email, calendars, dispatch software, and web-based platforms to manage operations and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Master the Operational Rhythm: Learn and eventually oversee all daily operations, from staff scheduling and load planning to route optimization, ensuring your team runs with peak efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Become the Hub of Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for your team, collaborating with drivers, sales teams, and other managers to ensure the timely, accurate, and safe delivery of concrete.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Implement and monitor key performance metrics, turning data-driven insights into actionable strategies that improve productivity and service.
  • Champion Customer Success: Build powerful relationships with our customers, managing inquiries and resolving any challenges with a "We Say Yes" problem-solving mindset that turns customers into partners.
