You will perform design, development, integration, test, and qualification of mission/program specific systems for the Air Mobility and Maritime Missions Line of Business which includes C-130H/J, C-5M, and P-3 platforms. You must be capable of working effectively within a configuration managed system development environment across all phases of the system/software development lifecycle. Adherence to rigorous company and program specific development processes is required. You must have experience analyzing complex technical issues, presenting findings/recommendations and implementing solutions. You must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret will be required to start. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Requirements

  • General Systems Engineering Experience, i.e. Avionics or Mission Systems Design, Development, Integration or Test experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college in science, technical, engineering or mathematics.
  • You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
  • This position requires a government security clearance
  • You must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret will be required to start.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with LINK 16 or JREAP
  • Experience with analysis tool development using Python, MATLAB, Excel, etc.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Experience with C-130, C-5, or P-3 platforms
  • Coding skills a plus (Java, C++, and shell scripts)
  • Knowledge of use case, system requirements, performance specification development, and UML modeling
  • Knowledge of Windows Office applications
  • Experience with Windows and Unix/Linux
