Job Specific Working Conditions: Additional Information for Young LIfe ONE: This role serves to strengthen and advance Young Life One Young Adults Ministry among young adults who have experienced foster care, housing insecurity, or incarceration. Young Life One has an established presence and trusted relationships in the community, and this role builds on that foundation by deepening partnerships, engaging young adults, and establishing consistent ministry rhythms rooted in relationship and belonging. The Young Life One Young Adult Team Leader will work closely with the current Young Life One staff team and alongside existing community partners offering mentoring, support, and faith opportunities to young adults. A key focus of this role will be to identify and lead a core team of volunteer leaders who are equipped to walk alongside young adults as Young Life Leaders. Together, the team will strengthen contact work, develop a mentoring framework, and re-establish Young Life rhythms such as club gatherings and events that invite young adults into community and faith exploration.
