What you'll do: You’ll work closely with our customers to ensure they accomplish their goals with the Pryzm platform. Run pilots, onboardings, and trainings, answer questions, troubleshoot problems, channel product feedback, measure success, develop resources, execute sales upsells, and more. You’re a jack of all trades, ready to quickly solve any challenge thrown your way. Own end-to-end implementations for DoD and federal customers—from discovery and success planning through configuration, data integration, go-live, and post-launch adoption. Embed as the hands-on product expert who translates mission workflows into a working Pryzm configuration. Serve as the trusted advisor to program leadership—connect data to decisions, present concise insights, and align deployments to program milestones and measures of performance/effectiveness. Build and execute targeted engagement plays (e.g., workflow tune-ups, new-module pilots, usage campaigns) that increase activation, depth of use, and expansion.

Requirements

  • Located in or willing to relocate to Boston, MA or Washington, DC.
  • US Person.
  • Willingness for light travel.
  • Willingness to hustle, work hard, and make a dent in the universe.
