Requirements

  • Located in or willing to relocate to Boston, MA or Washington, DC.
  • US Person.
  • Preference for previous customer facing, sales, or customer success experience.
  • Willingness for light travel.
  • Willingness to hustle, work hard, and make a dent in the universe.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers to ensure they accomplish their goals with the Pryzm platform.
  • Run pilots, onboardings, and trainings.
  • Answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and channel product feedback.
  • Measure success, develop resources, and execute sales upsells.
  • Own end-to-end implementations for DoD and federal customers—from discovery and success planning through configuration, data integration, go-live, and post-launch adoption.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor to program leadership—connect data to decisions, present concise insights, and align deployments to program milestones and measures of performance/effectiveness.
  • Build and execute targeted engagement plays that increase activation, depth of use, and expansion.
