We are seeking an Mission Operations Engineering Intern to join our Connected Warfare - Mission Command team. This multifaceted internship offers a unique rotation program that includes gaining hands-on experience with our software development team, program management team, and delivery team. This position is designed for an individual pursuing a degree in engineering, product management or a related field, who is eager to dive into the world of forward deployed software development and fielding. This is a paid, in-person, 12 week summer internship based out of Washington, DC but may require up to 75% travel.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in related field.
  • Must be a rising senior at the time of their internship and returning to school at the end of their internship.
  • Experience in technical program/product/account management roles.
  • Experience translating and decomposing highly technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.
  • Experience in program management and product deployment roles.
  • Willingness to apply for and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and familiarity with Army intelligence, operational planning, targeting, and fires systems and workflows.
  • Familiarity with doctrinal, functional, and technical command and control concepts, processes, and principles.
  • Prior military or government acquisition and/or government contracting experience.
  • Active Secret Clearance strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the deployment of Anduril products.
  • Lead the planning and deployment of Anduril's flagship hardware and software products in support of customer missions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and technical operations teams to deploy products to the field, train end users, and ensure high performance.
  • Grow business through customer success by establishing trust-based partnerships with customers.
  • Work with customers to understand their specific mission challenges and represent them to Anduril engineers.
  • Collaborate across nearly every Anduril team to ensure successful deployment of products.
