Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in space systems engineering, integration, and testing
  • 10+ years of experience in system of systems integration and integrated system testing for space, ground, or user programs
  • Experience in mission readiness planning, including operational test, operational acceptance, and transition to operations planning
  • Experience in developing integrated plans and schedules, developing decision briefings, managing giver or receivers, and managing risks for space programs
  • Experience with collaboration tools, including Confluence or Jira
  • Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional team meetings and task execution across systems engineering and integration activities
  • Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD mission
  • Ability to communicate effectively and establish collaborative relationships with government clients and contractor teammates
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science

Nice To Haves

  • 15+ years of experience in space vehicle systems engineering, integration, and testing
  • Experience in launch planning and execution and satellite operations
  • Experience performing multiple systems engineering and program management functions
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle milestones, and DoD systems engineering, test, and production policies, standards, and practices
  • Knowledge of GPS space, ground, or user segment
  • Possession of writing skills for program or systems engineering documentation
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
  • PMP, ESEP, CSEP, or OCSMP Certifications
