About The Position

Mission Manager The Opportunity: Critical decisions are made every single day in support of our nation's defense. As a mission manager, you can use your te chn ical, operational, and military experience to develop actionable intelligence for our client. If you have a strong operational background, analytical skills, and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity for you to use those skills to support our national security. As a mission manager on our team, you'll play a critical role in helping our client understand their operational battlespace and the national-level threats in that space. You'll gain an understanding of a multitude of different collection platforms and tools as you explore new data sources and combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and open source. You'll validate the information and apply client tradecraft as you help build assessments on strategic level targets within your assigned area of responsibility ( AOR ) . You'll become the authority on your target set, AOR, and operational tools, so our client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to define your expertise and develop new skills on incorporating raw and often time-sensitive intelligence paired with a multitude of platforms and tools, enabling you to affect the targeting narrative and picture. You'll drive complex worldwide operations to develop actionable intelligence against the highest priorities. You'll work with a team where you will share your skills, expertise, and hunger for solutions with other analysts. You'll have direct leadership opportunities for leading mission partners in a 24 / 7 / 365 operations environment. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in a professional environment
  • 3+ years of experience in the operational community
  • Experience with crisis management in high-risk or high-consequence environments, including federal or state law enforcement, USG or USMIL operations, combat arms, or tactical aviation
  • Knowledge of lifecycle and sponsor operations, including how to support them and apply appropriate stages for executing a client's mission
  • Ability to direct sensitive missions in a fast-paced, high-impact 24 / 7 operations center to satisfy collection requirements and maximize resource effectiveness
  • Ability to c ond uct weekly rotating shift work
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including domestically and internationally
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED
