Requirements

  • Excellent written & oral communication, research, and analytic skills.
  • Expert ability to manage personnel, requirements, and coordination of projects.
  • Expert capabilities to research, create, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports.
  • Extensive experience supporting decision making and special projects on integration issues.
  • Experience with assessments, enterprise data integration, governance, and metrics.
  • Expert knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations.
  • Experience with tradecraft and publication, and ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge and experience with intelligence operations and in assisting with drafting expert assessments.
  • Specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification, including GEOINT Professional Certification.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National System for GEOINT (NSG).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the localized liaison between their specific organizations Government Lead and assigned contract workforce.
  • Perform all levels of analysis and production (A&P), including analysis, quality control (QC), and release.
  • Responsible for administrative functions related to operational support, such as shift schedules and mission management functions.
  • Ensure each analyst is meeting mission requirements and defined LCAT specifications within the terms of the PWS.
  • Provide performance-based counseling and escalate suggestions to the PM/DPM as necessary.
  • Spend 90% of their work week supporting operational requirements.
