About The Position
The Mission Director for the Communication's Directorate at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) is responsible for overseeing and directing all real-time operations across the NRO enterprise. This role acts as the senior communications government representative, coordinating with various mission directors and operational leads to ensure the availability and effectiveness of communication systems in support of NRO satellite missions. The position requires a strong IT background and the ability to manage a large team of contractors while ensuring mission assurance and incident response collaboration.
