About The Position

SNHA, A Woolpert Company is seeking a Senior Architect for our Mission Critical team. This position would be aligned with our offices located in Chicago, IL/New York City, NY and would support full-time in-person/hybrid, and remote working arrangements. As a Senior Architect, you will lead the overall design and execution of projects, from concept through completion. You will work directly with our firm leaders and with our clients at some of the world’s largest technology companies on complex, challenging projects that are shaping the future. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and leadership skills to ensure that our clients’ ambitious projects are realized to the highest standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years related experience.
• Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• Strong design, execution, and problem-solving skills with experience on complex projects.
• Strong leadership skills with experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to staying informed on the latest architectural technologies, materials, and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for project development and documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite.
• Well-developed organization and strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
