About The Position

The position involves serving as the operational lead for DTCC's real estate portfolio in Dallas, Texas, focusing on the management and maintenance of critical physical infrastructure. The role requires coordination of maintenance, incident escalation, and budget management while fostering improvements in operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• B.S in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical work experience.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the design, construction, commissioning, and operations of facility teams.
• Knowledge of PC and test equipment, MEP drawings, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation of all critical physical infrastructure including UPS, HVAC, Emergency Generators, and fire detection/suppression systems.
• Tracks and controls projects in progress, setting up equipment testing schedules and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Maintains relationships with outsourced contingent labor workforce and critical infrastructure suppliers.
• Responds to and supervises emergency and corrective maintenance services.
• Supports management in forecasting and managing the department's operational and capital budgets.
• Assists in developing and implementing operations and maintenance policies and procedures.
• Partners with Facility Management, Data Center Operations, and Security to optimize the current operating model.
