Your Role & Impact As a Critical Facilities Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence across essential systems and environments. You’ll be responsible for: Maintaining and monitoring critical and non-critical facility systems for optimal performance Conducting preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on: HVAC systems Plumbing Power generators Fire safety systems Building Management Systems (BMS) Leading or supporting electrical operations and energy management programs Partnering with contractors and internal teams to optimize operational workflows and maintain compliance Responding rapidly and effectively to system failures or emergencies Utilizing technology platforms (e.g., fire alarms, access control, CCTV, BAS) to monitor and manage infrastructure

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in critical facilities or 7+ years as a mechanical/electrical/HVAC technician
  • Electrical and/or mechanical certifications (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Ability to work extended or rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a safety-first mindset

  • Electrical and/or mechanical certifications (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Conducting preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on Building Management Systems (BMS)
