About The Position
MISSION BBQ is a casual, family-friendly BBQ restaurant dedicated to serving those who serve. We pride ourselves on our team of great people who prepare great food and provide great service. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill various leadership positions within our restaurant. Our ideal candidates are those who possess a strong character, genuinely care about others, and are committed to creating memorable experiences for both our teammates and customers. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about producing great food and providing exceptional service, and who are selfless and willing to humbly serve others. The positions available include Hourly Managers, Kitchen Managers, Salaried Managers, Catering Managers, and General Managers. Each role plays a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of service and quality that MISSION BBQ is known for.
