About The Position
As a MISSION ASSURANCE STRATEGIC VULNERABILITY ANALYST at the GS-0301-12/13, you will serve as the strategic mission analyst Subject Matter Expert (SME) related to the DoD Mission Assurance Program. Your role will involve working with assessment team members to identify trends, assessment gaps, and vulnerabilities that pose risks to DoD critical missions and assets. You will collect, analyze, correlate, and interpret data using both quantitative and qualitative methods, presenting your findings to senior leaders from a global perspective. Additionally, you will conduct comprehensive research projects on the DoD Mission Assurance Program, assist with program evaluation studies, and collaborate with various DoD representatives to incorporate necessary changes into the program. Your responsibilities will also include providing information for decision-making, monitoring security gap trends, managing program data, and conducting special projects to support national security objectives.
