About The Position

Topgolf is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in various roles including Bar Back, Bartender, Bay Host/Server, Golf Services, and Support positions. Each role plays a crucial part in ensuring our Guests have an enjoyable experience while participating in the fun and excitement of Topgolf. We value outstanding energy, urgency, and attention to detail in all our team members.

Requirements

• 1+ years of bartending experience required for Bartender position.
• 1+ years of serving experience required for Bay Host/Server position.

Responsibilities

• Keep the bar and storage areas clean and stocked.
• Maintain an appealing and Guest-ready bar area.
• Serve Guests in the hitting bays with outstanding attention to detail.
• Assist Guests in enjoying the game of Topgolf.
• Use game and bay assignment systems for efficient Guest service.
• Keep bays and service areas cleared off and clean.
• Deliver cold drinks and hot food to Guests with energy and urgency.
