We are searching for a talented Mission Advancement Associate for a TEMPORARY assignment. This position requires a high degree of adaptability and flexibility as a member of the Mission Advancement team.

Requirements

  • Highly proficient with technology for word processing, spreadsheet, and database software management.
  • Experience with fundraising and fundraising related software (Blackbaud Raiser's Edge experience preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, motivated, and punctual.
  • Desire to learn and be a valued member of a team.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • At least two years of related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Reports to Director, Mission Advancement or designee.
  • Maintains a high priority on ownership of data integrity.
  • Conducts all aspects of data entry, gift processing, and database management.
  • Communicates regarding creation and updates of donor records.
  • Generates reports and mailing lists.
  • Supports effective donor relations for the Mission Advancement team.
  • Commits to training and coaching for increased mastery of the database.
  • Maintains best practices for timely and accurate recording of donor information.
