As a Systems Analyst working on the Command and Control, Battle Management, Communication (C2BMC) System, you will be part of a team performing data analysis on complex algorithms for performance, behavior, and functionality, and presenting analysis results to software engineers, product owners, senior program leaders, and customer representatives in support of our nation's Missile Defense System.

  • Perform data analysis on complex algorithms for performance, behavior, and functionality.
  • Present analysis results to software engineers, product owners, senior program leaders, and customer representatives.
  • Conduct performance analysis, root cause troubleshooting, and technical support of system and software products.
  • Use automated test and pipelines (CI/CD, DevSecOps).
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
  • 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Understanding of system and software engineering processes, principles, and lifecycles.
  • Knowledge of complex algorithms related to missile defense command and control, IR sensors, and radar concepts.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using spreadsheets, databases, tools, and Linux command line execution to perform hands-on data analysis.
  • Ability to read and understand software coding, such as Java, C++, and/or Fortran.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
