About The Position

You will be a Missile Assembler for our production team. Our team is responsible for assembling and testing missile systems, working together to meet production deadlines and deliver high-quality products. As a Missile Assembler, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the assembly and testing of missile systems, including material handling, assembly operations, and inspection. You will work in a fast-paced environment, using desktop computing applications and electronic media to complete tasks efficiently. We're looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable individual to join our team as a Missile Assembler. If you're a team player with a strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly, this role is an excellent opportunity for you. You'll have the chance to work with a talented team, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our organization. Successful completion of the AIDT/Lockheed Martin pre-employment training program is required, and you must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of AIDT Training required.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance, therefore all candidates must be US citizens.
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to work any shift/schedule (first/second shift or weekend schedule)
  • Able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) background check to obtain approval to be an "employee possessor" of explosives or other ATF regulated items as defined by the ATF. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in the revocation of an offer and loss of employment.
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Candidate must be able to lift up to 40 LBS. unassisted.
