About the position

Monitors and responds quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT trouble ticket system as assigned and on an as needed basis. Install test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software on an as needed basis. Perform timely work station hardware and software upgrades as required. Maintains and repairs desktops, laptops, printers and scanners on an as needed basis. Troubleshoots wired/wireless networks on an as needed basis. Manages network and phone wiring, responds to calls for technical assistance on an as needed basis. Attends meetings as scheduled by supervisor. Takes call as scheduled on an as needed basis. Answers call phone and responds timely to all calls.
