About The Position

The Manager for Miramar Club at Rosewood Miramar Beach is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the club's operations, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for club members. This role involves managing a team, maintaining budgetary compliance, and upholding the brand's standards and values. The Manager will work closely with the General Manager to enhance the dining experience and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager.
• Current and valid ServSafe Food Protection Manager certificate.
• Current and valid Responsible Beverage Service Certification and Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Server ID.
• Private club operational exposure (i.e. F&B) is strongly preferred.
• Experience with a luxury or ultra-luxury property or brand is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in languages other than English is preferred.
• Experience in hotel operations (i.e. F&B) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and ensure club member satisfaction with dining experiences.
• Assist the General Manager in managing a team of food and beverage professionals.
• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, analysis of P&L's, sales projections, and revenue control.
• Ensure all associates follow Miramar Club's Order of Service and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Manage guest relations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings with associates and review all information pertinent to the day's business.
• Monitor and ensure that all tables are cleared and reset according to department procedures.
• Inspect all aspects of Miramar Club's environment ensuring compliance with standards of cleanliness and order.
• Handle disciplinary problems and counsel associates according to hotel standards.
