About The Position
The MIO Operator at Kraft Heinz operates and monitors the MIO Filler for the manufacturing of MIO liquid juice drinks. This role involves starting up, operating, and shutting down various equipment including the Optima bottle staging, air rinser, filling capping equipment, coder, and conveying systems. The operator is responsible for monitoring the mechanical operation of equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quality checks on bottle code legibility, weights, temperatures, and seal integrity. The position requires a working knowledge of quality PH swabs, HACCP program, and PM work orders. The operator must communicate effectively with other operators to ensure adequate packaging materials are available and maintain good housekeeping practices. Participation in team development and process improvement meetings is also expected.
