About The Position

The Production Planner is responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources while meeting customer demand, inventory targets, and delivery commitments. This role works cross-functionally with manufacturing, procurement, inventory control, and sales to balance capacity, materials, and timelines. The day in the life of a Production Planner... Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations required
  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or high-volume production environments strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM) preferred
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
