About The Position

Summary: Assist in the daily operations of the Minor Operators by maintaining and keeping the ingredient bins full. Communicate with Mixer Operators and Mixer Utility to ensure needed recipes have been weighed for upcoming scheduled compounds. We Offer You! Hours of Operation: 2:45pm-11:00pm Growth Potential Team-Oriented Environment Dynamic Culture and People What Success Looks Like: Strong mechanical aptitude. Necessity for attention to detail. The ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently. Capable of maintaining quality control by monitoring production output. Ability to identify any issues with the product or process. Good communication skills with other Minor operators. Work closely with Supervisors. Weigh up raw materials per recipe. Check floor daily to prevent extra bags being weighed. Scan bar codes of raw materials being loaded into bins and adjust minor bin inventory, if needed. Replenish minor bins. Loading and unloading of minor lift. Properly label skids, boxes, sides of carts, and complete any applicable documentation. Rotate raw material inventory to assure FIFO system is being utilized. Familiar with Excel material search program and Rubic program. Fluent with Inbound Shipments on QCM page in ePlanner. Confiture end of day bag counts. Perform quarterly inventory and cycle counts, as needed. Follow safety procedures and guidelines. Operating a forklift for various functions. Your Credentials: One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment High School or GED preferred Willing to work overtime including weekends Close visual work required. Keeping work area clean Knowledge of general computer skills. Attention to detail. Requirements

  • One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High School or GED preferred
  • Willing to work overtime including weekends
