About The Position

Summary: The Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC) is seeking a dynamic, mission-aligned Ministry Resources Project Manager. This multifaceted role is designed to bridge the gap between resource development and local impact. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of ministry resources—from strategic planning and production to promotion and[PR1] distribution—ensuring that local churches and conference staff have the tools they need to flourish. The role calls for significant collaboration with Serve Locally Directors, Marcom, Conference Staff, and Local Church Leaders, with reporting to the Executive Minister of Serve Locally. Essential Functions: Plan, develop, manage, implement, and evaluate projects related to ministry initiatives, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery. Collaborate with Directors, Conference, & local Churches to ensure stakeholders' expectations are met. Develop and manage project timelines, communications campaigns, budgets, and resource allocation. Prep visual content for print and digital platforms, including brochures, social media graphics, website visuals, and presentations. Maintain organized files, records, and databases related to projects, communications, and partnerships. Provide administrative and project management support to executive leaders, ensuring efficient and timely execution of tasks and projects. Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics (agendas, notes, follow-ups). Support executive leadership in the strategic planning of ministry initiatives, with a primary focus on streamlining resource development and decision-making processes for the SL team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing, business administration, graphic design).
  • Proven experience in project management, graphic design, and communications within a ministry or non-profit setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Microsoft Project, Trello).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and digital communication proficiency.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
