About The Position

Immanuel Baptist Church is a conservative Baptist church in Tallahassee, FL, adhering to the inerrancy of God's Word. We currently have two services on Sunday mornings: a Traditional Service and a Contemporary Service. We are seeking a full-time Minister of Worship. Qualified candidates should demonstrate a commitment to Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior as described in 1 Timothy 3. Successful candidates' doctrine should align with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000. Additionally, the candidate should have a minimum of 5 years full time experience as a worship leader and possess a four-year college degree or seminary degree in Music/Worship Ministry, Music, Music Education, or related training. The Minister of Worship will lead and oversee the worship ministry of the church through biblically sound worship experiences.

Requirements

Responsibilities
