Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift 50-75lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer literacy for inventory and documentation tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong recall and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred
  • Priority for those in the electrical, mining, or related industries

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and stock materials appropriately
  • Pull and prepare orders for delivery or internal use, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or low stock to management
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (E.G., pallet jacks, carts, forklifts)
  • Handle and organize Rubber Goods and Pole Line Hardware
  • Assemble Mining Kits according to specifications and quality standards
  • Ensure all assembled kits are complete, labeled, and ready for dispatch
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of material needs
  • Track and document warehouse activities using internal systems
  • Support receiving and shipping functions, including documentation and labeling
