Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift 50-75lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer literacy for inventory and documentation tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong recall and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred
Priority for those in the electrical, mining, or related industries

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and stock materials appropriately
Pull and prepare orders for delivery or internal use, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or low stock to management
Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (E.G., pallet jacks, carts, forklifts)
Handle and organize Rubber Goods and Pole Line Hardware
Assemble Mining Kits according to specifications and quality standards
Ensure all assembled kits are complete, labeled, and ready for dispatch
Collaborate with Inside Sales and other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of material needs
Track and document warehouse activities using internal systems
Support receiving and shipping functions, including documentation and labeling
