As a Mining Sales Manager , you’ll architect strategic deals, lead negotiations, and deliver tailored solutions that drive real value for our customers. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be the central owner of machine sales, revenue growth, and strategic deal execution. From setting annual Percentage of Industry Sales (PINS) targets to crafting compelling value-based proposals, you’ll be the go-to expert when customers are ready to expand operations or launch new sites. As a leader in this role, you’ll be responsible for driving team performance and fostering a culture of growth and accountability. You will oversee all personnel matters, including coaching, development, and performance evaluations for direct reports.
