About The Position
The position facilitates and supports supervisors and employees in developing a Safety Culture within Empire's work groups. The role involves working with supervisors from all departments to mentor and train employees in best safety practices, as well as developing and implementing innovative safety programs that comply with both Empire's and the Mine Site Client's best safety practices and policies. Candidates who live near Reno, Winnemucca, and Elko, Nevada will be considered.
