Collaborating with product managers and regional sales teams, the Mining Marketing Director identifies critical marketing needs and guides the creation of tailored, region-specific solutions. The team, under the Director's supervision, will create an annual plan for key customer events, manage the marketing budget, execute global initiatives, and enhance marketing programs focusing on electrification and sustainability. The role also ensures the integration of existing product campaigns, new product launches, and internal marketing efforts into major events, aligning the mining sustainability message with the overall go-to-market strategy. Key goals include upholding Caterpillar's Mining brand integrity and positioning Caterpillar as a trusted partner offering impactful solutions for the mining industry while supporting sustainability objectives.
