Currently, Busy BMW/MINI of Mt Laurel is seeking a skilled MINI Automotive Technician to join the Holman family. This position offers a competitive salary, with the potential for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 based on qualifications, as well as relocation assistance. The MINI Technician will be responsible for servicing and repairing vehicles as assigned by the Service Manager. This includes performing work outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, diagnosing malfunctions, and maintaining knowledge of automotive technology and diagnostics. The technician will also be expected to keep the shop area clean and organized, account for dealership tools, and road-test vehicles to ensure quality repairs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of dealer-level or large facility experience, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
