About The Position

The position is located at 1003 Plum Valley Lane, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129. The work schedule is Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week, as the company is closed on Sundays. This is a full-time position with a pay range of $55,000 to $150,000 per year, compensated through a draw plus commissions after a 60-day paid training period. The application window is expected to close on October 31, 2025. Building rapport with guests and creating long-term relationships will be key to success. Sales professionals will partner with guests throughout the entire sales process to determine the best vehicle fit for their wants and needs. The company’s One Person, One Price, One Hour model provides a transparent and seamless sales experience, allowing sales professionals to offer the best price upfront. Requirements

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in product or retail sales preferred.
• Competitive drive.
• A heart for customer care and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Availability to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Clean driving record with minimal accidents, points or moving violations.
• Able to use/learn to use CRM database, Google Suite and other automotive software products as required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals.
• Obtain expert product knowledge and confidently describe or demonstrate vehicle technology, features, and accessories.
• Identify and understand the customer's needs, preferences, and budget, and assist them in their selection by providing vehicle options that meet their needs.
• Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP, service, dent, or windshield.
• Lead the sales finance process with each customer.
• Partner with the Finance team on customer financing options based on their credit, budget, down payment, and trade-in values.
• Use the Client Relationship Management system to manage customer relationships and interactions, schedule appointments, and respond to Internet leads.
