The Mini Golf team member is responsible for up-keeping and admitting guests to the Mini-Golf facilities. This role involves managing cash and ticket transactions, providing guests with information about Mini-Golf operations, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

  • Smile and treat guests with friendliness and respect
  • Manage and control cash and ticket transactions, taking personal responsibility for all monies due at the end of the business day
  • Balance/close till at the end of the business day
  • Learn and adhere to cashier/cash handling procedures manual
  • Provide guests with quick and accurate information regarding Mini-Golf operations and the Park in general when requested or as needed
  • Provide golf balls and golf clubs to guests
  • Maintain a clean, safe working environment
  • Perform minor landscaping duties such as leaf blowing
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Must understand, read, write and speak the English language
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Must be able to maintain a good working relationship with coworkers
  • Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have excellent communication skills and sense of appropriateness to converse with employees and guests
  • Must demonstrate a friendly and hospitable demeanor
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to work as a cashier at other locations if needed
  • Some High School education or equivalent preferred
