This role plays an important part in how we support customers, enhance our digital services, and strengthen our global operating model. You will contribute to how digital tools enable process improvements, how insights are translated into action, and how our service offering continues to evolve. As a Minerals Digital Process Specialist, you will be part of our Digital Services team, analysing operational data to generate practical insights that improve the performance and reliability of Weir equipment. You will bring a strong understanding of minerals processing, helping internal teams interpret data trends, address process challenges, and support customers in improving uptime, efficiency, and productivity. You will collaborate closely with our global digital community and regional reliability and process teams to ensure our digital solutions reflect real operational needs. When complex process or equipment issues arise, you will work with specialists across the organisation to diagnose root causes and recommend sustainable solutions. You will also contribute to new initiatives in minerals processing, partnering with regional teams to identify opportunities, develop insight-led solutions, and strengthen our digital capabilities. This role is well suited to someone who combines process expertise, analytical thinking, and collaboration to drive continuous improvement and deliver meaningful outcomes for customers.
