About The Position

We are looking to add a Miner Maintenance Technician 3 to our growing Miner Maintenance Team. As a Miner Maintenance Technician 3 you will be responsible for the advanced diagnostics and repairs to all miners on-site and compiling reports to share with management. This position will directly support our Miner Maintenance Team at our Rockdale, TX location.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED or relevant experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and monitoring production software (BTC tools).
Ability to micro-solder.
Knowledge of basic tool use (multi-meter, screwdriver, test-light, box cutter, wire cutters).
Computer proficient.
Experience with computer troubleshooting, and repair is required.
Experience in networking troubleshooting.
Excellent multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to bring attention clearly and promptly to any major errors in the Data Center that involve the Miner Maintenance Team.
Ability to problem solve and diagnose basic machine failures.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Perform Advanced diagnostic and repair techniques to all miners on site.
Perform micro-soldering techniques on any miners needing repair.
Assist in keeping inventory of parts and tools using a check out procedure.
Perform circuitry repairs as needed to ASIC Hash Boards
Lead and coordinate multiple R&D projects.
Monitor and test experimental firmware versions.
Train Level 1 and 2 Technicians
