About The Position

The Mine Safety Temp position is a temporary role within the Colorado Department of Natural Resources, specifically in the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Convert all paper files into PDFs via scanning for migration onto the Permit/ Laserfishe system.
  • Assist with scheduling and updating trainers' calendars.
  • Communicate with the general public and private sector businesses in a timely and professional manner, primarily through email.
  • Manually input all previous certification records into the new CMBE Database.
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties not specifically reflected here.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $19.00 - $27.00 Hourly
  • Eligibility for overtime compensation
