About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina is looking for an On Call/Casual Bar Back for our Mina's Fish House Restaurant who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The Bar Back reports to the Restaurant General Manager and serves guest needs by assisting the Bartender and completing guest requests.

Requirements

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal & written.
• Candidate should have at least 1 year previous experience in a similar position in a luxury environment.
• Must have experience in the areas of communication & computer skills.
• Candidate should have knowledge of recipe development & execution.
• Requires attention to detail & problem-solving skills.
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to the bar team by setting them up for success during their shift.
• Assist throughout service to ensure guests are well taken care of.
