Lead the Milwaukee Brewers Dance Team by setting the creative vision and delivering high-energy, fan-focused performances. This role includes choreographing dynamic routines, teaching diverse dance styles, and mentoring dancers to achieve optimal performance. The coach will foster a positive, professional team culture and ensure every show enhances the game-day experience and reflects the brand’s entertainment standards. Other duties may be assigned. Oversee the Milwaukee Brewers Dance Team to ensure they create an engaging and entertaining atmosphere for the Milwaukee Brewers organization. Design, choreograph, and teach dance routines for in-game performances, promotional appearances, and community events. Mentor and provide constructive feedback to performers on choreography, techniques, and presentation. Plan, coordinate, and lead team practices, bonding activities, and special events. Ensure the quality and consistency of performances across all locations, including dugouts, concourses, parking lots, and community appearances. Maintain a professional and upbeat demeanor while representing the Brewers brand. Collaborate with game entertainment staff, marketing, and community relations teams to align performances with organizational goals. Manage scheduling, attendance, and performance standards for all team members. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and organizational policies during practices and performances. Serve as a mentor and role model, promoting teamwork, discipline, and a positive culture within the dance team. Assist with costume coordination, music selection, and overall creative direction for performances. Represent the Club at public, private, and community events, creating a fun and inclusive atmosphere.
